Finding Discount Air Compressors
I thought I should let you know about finding discount air
compressors on the internet. Okay first, I don’t want you to
confuse the term “discount” with “used”. See, I have a few
friends who sort of bragged about how they managed to buy items
on the internet on discounts, and it turned out that those
so-called “bargains” are actually used items lol! Not that
there’s anything wrong with buying used goods on the net. As
long as the item works, then who gives a hey right?
However, keep in mind that used items usually degrade rather
quickly compared to brand new items. Also, a lot of used items
do not come complete with accessories that are normally
included with new unopened products.
Now, with that out of the way, let’s talk about how to find
inexpensive air compressors. In the pre-internet days, you
would have to visit several stores in order to find the best
bargain. A hassling and time consuming activity, not mention
the money wasted on gas as you drive from one store to
another.
But with the advent of the internet, you can forget about
all that. In fact you can forget about finding discount air
compressors in retails stores too because they usually mark up
their prices in order to make a profit. I don’t blame them
because it is what it is.
I mean if I had a store of my own, of course I’m going to
slightly bump up the prices so I can profit. If I buy a bunch
of air compressors in bulk from the manufacturer at say 15
bucks per pop, of course I’m going to set the retail price at
maybe 19.90 or 24.90 a pop. That’s normal. The retailers have
the right to make a profit (provided they don’t go over the
top), BUT we consumers also have the right to search
for prices that are great value for our hard-earned
money.
With that in mind, I believe Amazon is the best place to
find brand new (and also used) items on the cheap. They have
almost everything on discounts including various types/brands
of air compressors. After all, they collaborate with numerous
manufacturers to ensure we consumers enjoy great prices.
Basically, we get to enjoy manufacturer prices because we
deal directly with them via Amazon, therefore retailers are out
of the equation. I think you should check out the following

Should I Buy a Cheap Air Compressor?
The other day, I received an email from a reader asking me
whether buying a cheap air compressor is worth it. Said reader
found a 15 dollar air compressor at a local store but he didn’t
provide the make and other details (he didn’t respond to my
reply) so it’s hard for me to make a full assessment. However,
I can say from experience that cheap air compressors do
work…for a very short period of time. I think I made this known
on other pages on this site.
The cheaper ones generally last no longer than 2 years.
Don’t be surprised if it goes kaput in less than a year. It
happens all the time with those cheaper units. They are usually
not made to last, extremely noisy and very prone to
overheating.
There’s absolutely no harm in buying slightly expensive models
because you can be assured of quality. Granted, some of the
best air
compressors on the market do have hiccups and all,
however, they generally last a very long time provided you take
good care of them. 15 dollars sure sounds like a bargain I
know, but if the thing goes bust regularly, what’s the point
eh? See you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars either.
Good-quality air compressors designed for low to medium
inflating assignments can be purchased for around 50 dollars
per pop. Tell you what, let’s talk briefly about…
General Air Compressor Prices
Earlier, we deduce that cheap air compressors don’t last
long. So you want a higher quality unit but afraid it might
cost you a bomb. No worries, take a look at some air compressor
prices via the link below. These are quality compressors and
once you check out the link and read some of the reviews on
display, I’m sure you’ll agree with me.
Seriously, it doesn’t cost a lot to own a durable and effective
air compressor. The smartest thing you can do as a consumer is
to put together a list of good quality products. That is the
first step. Second step is you should try to acquire all the
necessary info. And then you can begin comparing those air
compressor prices to help you decide which make gives you the
most value for money.
The good news is I’ve done the first step for you. I’ve
compiled a reasonable selection of decently rated air
compressors that don’t cost a bomb. All you have to is follow
this link right down here and begin comparing prices and
feedback from various customers. These are feedback from actual
customers and they’ve helped me immensely. I hope they do the
same for you.
